I've been tinkering...

As you can see you can now have an 'avatar' (in my case the image of homer). Go to profile to select one.

There are more smilies (see view more emoticons)

You can change the appearance of the forum - see your profile again.

I'll get round to fixing up the logos .. anyone got any good pics for the logo?
